LearnOSTEAM Refund Policy

• If your child leaves the school where he/she is subscribed to LearnOSTEAM, then a request has to be made for a refund by contacting us.
• A confirmation email from the school is also required for the child leaving the school.
• The account should have remained un-used for 30 days.
• After the request has been made and confirmation received from the school, the user shall be refunded within 30 days.
